In 2021, Crary Hose responded to 353 calls. Of these calls, 250 were medical calls and 28 were fire-related responses. Our volunteers invested 3,543 total hours in service of the company and the community, with 1510 of those hours being associated with emergency response and the remainder, 2033, being invested in training, meetings, work nights, fundraisers and community service events. We had 30 different active and inactive members respond to at least one incident in 2021, with 9 responders involved in more than 100 incidents. We brought in 3 new junior members and retained three probationary members from last year as new active members. We had 7 members serve not only on our calls, but with Sabinsville Ambulance, with two of our members serving as Chief and Assistant Chief of that department in addition to their service at Crary Hose.
