10/27/2021 @ 19:01 Dept 5 Crary Hose and Dept 26 Sabinsville Ambulance were dispatched to 122 Crippen Rd, Hector Twp to an ALS Medical. Tioga County Dispatch put LifeNet on stand-by immediately due to on-scene reports. Squad 5-18 responded to the scene, where Dept 5 EMTs confirmed the need for aeromedical on arrival. Ambulance 26-6 provided BLS transport from the scene to the Cowanesque Valley High School, where Engine 5-3 had established the landing zone. UPMC Wellsboro Paramedics provided ALS and LifeNet provided ALS aeromedical transport. All Dept 5 units returned available at 20:29.
