Our annual Westfield Parade of Lights, sponsored and organized by Crary Hose, will take place on Friday, December 13th at 6:00pm. Last year’s parade was a huge success, and the year we plan on growing the size and quality of the parade even more!
All are encouraged to participate! Build a float for your local organization, church, sports team, business, club, or even just for your family. Marching bands, dancing groups, or other acts are welcome as well. Decorate your unique vehicle and show it off to the town. Ride your horse or walk your pets. Fire and ambulance departments and apparatus are encouraged to attend. All are welcome to participate and celebrate the season!
We are making a couple of changes to the guidelines for the parade this year to make it safer and more friendly to all participants and attendees. This year, we will ask that fire/EMS apparatus refrain from using their sirens. We are also asking that candy not be thrown from vehicles. You can hand out candy in other ways, such as people marching with the vehicle, as long as it is not thrown from the vehicle. Thank you for following these guidelines to keep everyone safe and merry!
Route: Parade will begin at Electricord Manufacturing, continue down Main Street / SR49 to Tops at the intersection of Main Street and Lincoln Street.
Timeline: Lineup at 5:00pm in the Electricord parking lot. Parade begins at 6:00pm.
Awards: 25 Award Winners will be chosen!
